Overview
It's a tale as old as time, taking place in an office near you.  Business Casual Stag Devil Death Boy was written, illustrated, produced, and published by artist Dan Nolan.  What started as a doodle, developed into an oil painting, and then became the 11 chapter graphic novel that it is now.

How to explain it?  As detailed on the main page, the graphic novel is a dark, surrealish satire of office life in which the characters see themselves in the reflection of Business Casual Stag Devil Death Boy's sunglasses and take his silence for understanding. Dulled by the banality of the office, and comforted by the reflection of familiarity, they find themselves at ease with his presence and ignore his outrageous appearance and any potential implications that it might have.

How to explain him?  As detailed on page 4 of the book, Business Casual Stag Devil Death Boy had worn approximately the same outfit as Glenn today:  blue shirt and khaki pants.  The only difference was Business Casual Stag Devil Death Boy was several inches taller.  And he had fiery hair suffering from male pattern baldness on a skull that featured two large, eleven point stag horns.  Also, he had thick globs of blood draped across his shoulders and he wore aviator sunglasses.
